Kebab was very soggy n flopped about/ spilled in carton dont know if this due to transportation or serving

Order every week. Normally fab. Pizza came with mushrooms instead of jalapeños, which I had to pick them all off as I dislike them. Pizza still had the taste of them so was very disappointed tonight’s guys.

This is my go to chip shop for everything from chip shop,pizza,pasta,burger and wraps.All the food is freshly cooked,staff are efficient and very friendly to all the customers. There is plenty parking outside the shop

Staff are super friendly. Food is great quality chippy food and this is probably the cheapest chippy in east lothian too. 10/10 would recommend

The kebabs are usually pretty good as they need to be cooked fresh but the fryer food was poor. This is unfortunately the case sometimes so we most likely won’t order standard fish and chips from here again. Batter is thick and soggy on the fish and the chips were cold

Weird mix up between what was confirmed in order app and what was ordered at shop was annoying and inconvenient but manager was attentive it when brought to his attention.

Everything good as expected, delivered hot and appetising.

Have used this takeaway on numerous occasions but have never ordered online before. The order was just being completed as I arrived to collect it. It had been freshly made and was nice and hot to eat when we got home. The staff are very friendly too. I would highly recommend giving this takeaway a try.

We are regulars but the food can be hit or miss. Tonight was a big miss. Batter stodgy and soggy, fish and chips dry and tasteless. Contacted the restaurant and haven’t heard back.

Lovely fresh made pizza for tea tonight. Ordered online and arrived to collect 20mins later. Fast efficient friendly service again . Would not go to any other chip shop

Pre-ordered and meal was still 25 mins late. Phoned restaurant and told driver had left, then driver appeared 20 mins later, 20 mins to drive under 3 miles. The driver then decided that the gates to my property were hurdles and he couldn’t even be bother to open them, no respect of property. Food was cold on delivery and I had to reheat every meal. Won’t order from Superfry again, late, cold food and no respect from staff.
